Since 2004, I have been working in ELT (English Language Teaching) with experience in schools (bilingual and public) at primary and secondary levels, universities and language centers. Through di fferent academic roles, I have gained experience in lesson planning, material design, teacher training, administrative tasks, national bilingualism projects, doing research, revising thesis, attending and presenting at academic events, and maintaining positive relations with academic colleagues. I have training in E fficacy applied to improve quality in processes, products and services. Moreover, I am creative, passionate and a team-player. I work well under pressure and know how to lead and support a team.
